Summary In July 2005, the DeKalb County Public Library (DCPL) Board of Trustees approved a 2006-2025 Library Facilities Plan that included a new 15,000 square foot Brookhaven Branch Library in northwest DeKalb County. On November 8, 2005 DeKalb County voters approved a $54,540,000 bond referendum that included funds for this project.
