Broward County's potential formal solicitation may seek formal letters of interest from a locally-based restaurant/hospitality group for the concept, financing (ex. furniture/fixtures, etc.), lease, and management/operation of a new restaurant site at the Broward County Convention Center and new Headquarters Hotel, which is currently completing a $1.3 billion expansion.
Due to HVS having foundational work previously for initial studies, County determines HVS to be the most reasonable source to conduct/refresh studies for the Broward County Convention Center Expansion and Hotel Headquarters Project at a considerably lower price. HVS will update their Market Analysis and Feasibility Study, Omni Headquarters Hotel at the Broward County Convention Center, dated September 20, 2019.
