Additionally, the County’s Asset Manager must be knowledgeable on convention center operations associated with hotels – the management, bookings, goals, and requirements – to ensure that the County’s hotel and convention center compliments each facility’s operations, and feed strong revenue growth for the hotel, and increase economic impact for Broward County.
Due to HVS having foundational work previously for initial studies, County determines HVS to be the most reasonable source to conduct/refresh studies for the Broward County Convention Center Expansion and Hotel Headquarters Project at a considerably lower price. HVS will update their Market Analysis and Feasibility Study, Omni Headquarters Hotel at the Broward County Convention Center, dated September 20, 2019.
