In accordance with 17 AAC 45.710(e), the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) proposes to sell a building located on Lot 1, Block 1, (ADA-50940), at Skagway Airport by offering it for Publicly Advertised Sales Contract. Thereafter, DOT&PF proposes to enter into Lease ADA-50940 for Lot 1, Block 1, Skagway Airport, consisting of 18,437 square feet of land, for forty-five (45) years, to expire November 1, 2067.

Special Requirements: Proposals must be submitted in two (2) separate sealed envelopes. One envelope must be clearly marked “PROPOSAL FOR LEASE OF LAND ON O’DONNELL DRIVE – PRICE PROPOSAL” and one envelope must be clearly marked “PROPOSAL FOR LEASE OF LAND ON O’DONNELL DRIVE –NON PRICE PROPOSAL”. The bidder’s name and address must be clearly visible on the outside of each sealed envelope.
The Town of Milton (Town) seeks to purchase land, with or without buildings thereon, located within the Town limits, for the purpose of building or establishing an educational facility.
Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Maintenance and operation of a building and ramp area to be used for the handling, forwarding, and storage of air cargo; storage and dispensing of aviation fuel from a mobile fueler for self-fueling purposes; aircraft and vehicle parking; all in support of lessee’s commercial aviation operations. No commercial fuel sales are authorized. Annual rent: $7,768.60.
