In accordance with 17 AAC 45.710(e), the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) proposes to sell a building located on Lot 1, Block 1, (ADA-50940), at Skagway Airport by offering it for Publicly Advertised Sales Contract. Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – Maintenance and operation of a building and ramp area to be used for the handling, forwarding, and storage of air cargo; storage and dispensing of aviation fuel from a mobile fueler for self-fueling purposes; aircraft and vehicle parking; all in support of lessee’s commercial aviation operations. No commercial fuel sales are authorized.  Annual rent:  $7,768.60.
