Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide the DSH with 30 Building Elevator Controls (Central) Modernization Services.
The project includes; but is not limited to; replace and refurbish three elevators at the Amarillo VA Health Care Facility located in Amarillo, Texas 79106. This project is to replace MECHANICAL and ELECTRICAL components, as well as upgrade the three (3) Elevator cars, controls and surrounding area of the Elevator Shaft on each of the four (4) floors of Building 28, the main HOSPITAL Building.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform combined elevator repair services at the Aquatic Nuisance Species Dispersal Barrier Control Building located at 790 E. Old Romeo Road, Lockport, IL 60441.
Replace all existing smoke detectors, wiring, and associated controls connected to the Chemical Building elevator. 6. Acquire and pay for all necessary building, structural, and electrical permits required by any authority having jurisdiction. 7. Replace all electrical components needed to comply with changes in building codes and changes in equipment to provide a turn-key solution for the new Chemical Building elevator.
