The scope of work involves the development of base building as-built plans for an Authority-owned commercial building using CAD, including fire alarm plans, fire sprinkler plans and all other necessary work. The resulting agreement will have a one-year term and a not-to-exceed amount of $100,000. Updates, including answers to written questions, and any addenda will be provided here on Cal eProcure.

The City intends to purchase the building plans from up to three (3) selected firms, and make them available to the public, free of charge, as an incentive to promote construction of ADU housing that is more affordable, by design, due to the size of the units and preparation of pre-approved building plans.
