Replacement of existing sinks and countertops at 2 classrooms of the 2nd floor in building D. Minor renovations in the black box theater. Renocations and upgrades of the Laundry Room in Building H and the Boys Locker room restroom to be code compliant. Addition of a closet in Building G corridor and minor MEP upgrades to laundry room in Building G. Card reader installation and minor repairs to exterior doors throughout the campus.

All work shall be accomplished in accordance to the project specifications and drawings.This project is for the ARB Restroom Renovation which will include:Base Bid - Construction for the renovation of the restrooms on all four (4) floors of the ARB building to bring the restrooms to ADA code compliance including new fixtures and finishes.Option 1 - Wall Paneling - Provide and install new wall paneling at designated corridor walls.Option 2 - Wall Paneling

Bi-Annual Service: a) At the Public Works building, both the interior and exterior windows shall be cleaned twice per year. Window Washing shall be done in December(“Winter”), and in July (“Summer”). All glass partitions inside the building will be fully cleaned twice per year (at the same time the inside windows are cleaned). RESTROOM SERVICES - PUBLIC WORKS SPECIAL NOTE Restroom services include all shop restrooms outside of the main building.
