Department of Energy Building Technologies Office (BTO) has announced a new competitive prize, the Buildings Upgrade Prize (“Buildings UP”) to reward innovative initiatives that address persistent administrative, financial, social and other barriers to improving building energy efficiency and reducing onsite emissions.
