Vendor will be responsible for all fuel-servicing operations and safeguarding facilities, equipment, and fuel products under its control during normal and adverse conditions.  In addition, vendor will perform bulk fuel operations, system inspections, maintenance, quality surveillance, inventory accountability and safeguarding fuel supplies under its control during normal and adverse conditions.
