This requirement specifically rejects the use or concept of Linen Rental.The scale of the work required is: (approximately 250,000 lbs. net bulk laundry cleaned per month; approximately 8,000 - 9,000 lbs. net bulk hospital laundry cleaned per day).
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, supplies, and facilities, except as specified herein as Government-Furnished, necessary to receive approximately 850,000 pounds per year of bulk hospital laundry, at FBCH annually or an estimated monthly average of 70,833.3 pounds bulk laundry per month.
