: 100% Total Small Business Set-asideDESCRIPTION: This RFQ is to continue services on contract HC104721C0007, which provides Cost and Business Analysis and Financial support to the DISA Resource Management Center, the Cost Analysis Branch in the Development and Business Center, and the Office of Chief Financial Officer.
The Office of Naval Research (ONR) intends to issue a contract award to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, on or about 20 March 2020 to Ironclad Technology Services, LLC.The Contractor shall provide administrative, business and/or financial support services for ONR.
This justification supports extending the period of performance on HC104721C0007 because of a GAO protest using other than competitive procedures.
The National Transportation Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has an FY18 commercial requirement for financial support services. See Attachment 1 for the requirement description.
The contractor shall be responsible for the execution of the Financial Support Services performance requirements defined in this SOW.SCOPE OF WORKThe Financial Support Services contract provides support in the areas of administrative management, resources management, financial management, program analysis and business integration, end user services support, special financial analysis, and contractor travel/training.
