The Butte County Public Works Department (County) is soliciting proposals from consultant firms with expertise in traffic engineering and traffic safety. The County is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to complete data collection and analysis, environmental work, and develop construction plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E), for a Countywide Road Safety Signing Audit Project.

The services shall be performed along State Route (SR) 70, from Post Mile (PM) 25.5 in Yuba County to PM 4.0 in Butte County, California. Refer to Project Vicinity Map (Attachment A) and Map of Riparian Planting Sites (Attachment B) of the Proposed Form of Agreement (IFB, Attachment 11). Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB as Attachment 11 for a more complete description of services.
