James City County is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified and experienced professional contractors licensed in the state of Virginia with the demonstrated capability and capacity for Clara Byrd Baker Elementary School Safe Routes To School project as described in this Invitation for Bids.
The Work under this project consist of replacing the schools HVAC water source heat pumps with hot gas reheat dehumidification type manufactured by Trane of similar type and capacity and upgrading controls as required by Schneider Electric to work with existing equipment. A new stairwell water source heat pump will be added and connected into the existing condenser water system.
The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from a qualified contractor to provide Parking Lot Improvements at Clara Byrd Baker Elementary School and Lafayette High School.
