The Contractor shall be responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of all cafeteria equipment including electrical circuits and components beginning at the load side of the disconnecting means; cafeteria equipment with facility water beginning at the load side of the isolation valve; maintain and clean kitchen hoods; and all hardware of the designated Government equipment.
The Division of Contracts and Purchasing, on behalf of the Department of Education and Office of Food and Nutrition Services is issuing this Request for Bid (RFB) to contract with responsible vendors who are engaged in the repair and maintenance of cafeteria and kitchen equipment. This RFB covers a comprehensive repair and maintenance program throughout the five boroughs.
