The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS) , Employee Services Division (ESD) Facility in Riverdale, Maryland intends to negotiate a firm fixed Priced Three year follow on Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for calibration and cleaning services previously under warranty for 33 TSI Brand Portacounts currently in use at APHIS/ESD/SB.

The Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) requires outside vendor support to provide annual inspection and certification of the facility’s seventy nine (79) chain falls ranging in size from ½ Ton thru 30 Ton capacities. All work must be completed in accordance with NAVFAC P-307 and ASME B30.16, Chapter 16-2.2.2. Each hoist shall be load tested to 125 % of rated capacity and held for a minimum of 10 minutes and properly annotated on certification paperwork.
