The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic has a requirement for theEvaluation and Calibration of Equipment in the attached Request for Quote. Thesolicitation is a sole source requirement to Keysight Technologies. The Governmentintends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Keysight Technologies for thisrequirement.
If 52.204-26 Section K is completed as “does not” for provision and use of the prohibited equipment and services, FAR 52.204-24 Section K would not be completed and submitted separately as part of the offer per direction within FAR 52.204-24 itself. If FAR 52.204-26 includes “does” for either provision or use, FAR 52.204-24 Section K is required to be completed and submitted as part of the proposal.
This requirement is for the Repair and Calibration of Bruel & Kjaer Acoustic Calibrator, Model 4226. See the attached Performance Work Statement for the requirement specifications. This is a Brand Name Requirement.Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror.
