California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Data and Technology Division (DTD) is planning to build a mobile application that will allow the public to access current recreational fishing regulations throughout California.

The Alaska Board of Fisheries has adopted regulations resulting from the public meeting held from November 29th – December 3rd, 2022 in Anchorage, Alaska. The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice and contain changes to subsistence, sport and commercial fishing regulations. The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulations on March 17, 2023, and they become effective April 16, 2023.
On May 3, 2023, the Alaska Department of Fish and Game adopted regulations in 5 AAC 95.011.
The Alaska Board of Fisheries has adopted regulations resulting from the Statewide Finfish and Supplemental Issues Meeting that occurred in Anchorage from March 10 - 14, 2023 The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice and contain changes to 5 AAC for subsistence, sport, commercial and personal use fisheries occurring in around the state in the finfish fisheries.

The Alaska Board of Fisheries has adopted regulations resulting from the Arctic/Yukon/Kuskokwim Finfish Meeting that occurred in Anchorage from January 14-18, 2023 The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice and contain changes to commercial groundfish and shellfish fishing regulations.
