This is a non-personal supply as a services contract to provide hosted Call Center Software for the USACC G6 Helpdesk. USACC G6 is expanding the Helpdesk duties and requirements and now requires a robust call center to support all USACC G6 missions. This location of the call center will be based on Fort Knox, but support can be from a remote site.
