The purpose of this solicitation is to retain one or more consultants to provide construction cost estimating services on an as-needed basis.
The Lake County Department of Facilities Development and Management is responsible for the design, construction, and facility maintenance of over 121 County owned buildings and over 21 leased spaces. Owned facilities are as small as 248 square feet up to 289,580 square feet. Our largest lease space is approximately 14,000 square feet.
Qualified firms shall provide professional services on an “on-call” basis for projects to be determined during the contract term.
