The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of qualified consultants to establish one or more fixed fee, open-ended contracts for On Call Land Surveying Services in support of the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) Capital Improvement Program and other service requirements on an “as needed” basis for a one (1) year period with up to four (4) one-year renewal options.
