The types of mobile crane certifications/qualifications required by ODOT are: - Telescopic mobile cranes with rotating control station (TLL or swing cab telescopic); - Telescopic mobile cranes with fixed control stations (TSS or fixed cab telescopic); - Articulating boom cranes ('ABC'); - Articulating boom cranes with hoist line and winch ('ABW'); - Digger Derricks; and - Service truck cranes (STC).

The government requires crane services to lift three pieces of equipment: Two 2000kVA generators, and one 2500kVA substation. 82,000 LBS and 55,000 LBS respectively.

The government requires crane services to lift two pieces of equipment: 3750kVA and 2500kVA substations, 65,000 LBS and 55,000 LBS respectively.

(vi) This requirement is for a mobile crane rental and operator to support draft tube bulkhead gate placement during LOTO clearances that require unwatering of the draft tube. This action is needed during both preventative maintenance activities and corrective maintenance activities for the New Melones Power Plant.(vii) The period of performance will be for 5 years: July 7, 2023 ¿ July 6, 2028.

The United States Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG-HI) requires PM and repairs of Hoists and Cranes located at various Army installations on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. There are approximately (74) facilities requiring this service. Tonnage range: Up to 10 tons through 21 to 35 tons.
