This request is issued for the purpose of conducting market research to: 1) identify vendors having an interest in, and the resources to support, an integrated, enterprise, end-to-end, turn-key, cloud-based Body Worn Camera (BWC), In-Vehicle Camera (IVC) and Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS); 2) assist DOI in refining its requirements and acquisition strategy; and 3) receive information and feedback on vendor capabilities and mandatory elements
The project envisions a vendor providing, installing and maintaining equipment for in-vehicle cameras and body-worn cameras for multiple state agencies, a cloud hosted Digital Evidence Management System, associated tools and the network required to move the data from the cameras to the repository.
