In addition to cameras, the successful Vendor will be expected to provide the City with a complete video storage solution that will partner with the body worn cameras to store, manage, retrieve, redact, and share captured digital video. The successful Vendor will also provide ongoing maintenance, support, and training on the equipment, hardware, and software for the term of the multi-year agreement.

Description: Forty-one (40 issued and 1 spare) body worn cameras and charging solutions integrated into a software and storage solution with maintenance and warranty for a five (5) year warranty with features including but not limited to the equivalent of the AXON3 Camera System and evidence.com software: 40 - BWC Unlimited with TAP (1 Spare Camera, total 41 BWC) 40 - AB3 Camera Bundle (1 Spare Mount and items, total 41) 2 - AB3 1-Bay Dock Bundle

It is the intent of these specifications to cover the furnishing and delivery to the City of Manchester a complete Body Worn Camera system as hereinafter specified. To include a comprehensive cloud-based, Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, which must be compatible and integrate with digital evidence data generated from body-worn cameras and a solution for reporting purposes.

SCOPE OF WORK: Fifty (50) Camera body worn camera system (BWC) with rechargeable batteries, docking racks for charging and download (if docking is required for download based on product), video storage solution commiserate with 50 BWC being used daily between 8-12 hours per day, software and hardware for the management of harvested video. • Very durable camera.
