Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Starboard Industries for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the Jesse Brown VAMC Security System. The security system equipment is manufactured by Avigilon. Starboard Industries is an authorized vendor of Avigilon Equipment. A full description of the equipment is provided in the spreadsheet below.

Submissions shall include information regarding experience and competence in: VA Network and Security Requirements, Repair existing conditions and issues in security camera system and connectivity between North Bend and Brookings and Roseburg VAMC. Provide new, telecommunications, electrical, lighting, access control and security systems for the facilities.

Failure of the Contractor to give notice of price increases or intent to terminate at least three months before the anniversary shall result in the contract continuing on the same terms as the previous year during the following year.
