Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide the supply and delivery of herbicides to aid in the control of Water Soldier in the Trent-Severn Waterway on an “as-and-when requested” basis to Parks Canada. The herbicide must be legally registered in Canada for both the use on Water Soldier (Stratiotes aloides) and for application in/on bodies of water.
The Contractor shall meet all the requirements of this PWS to perform general herbicide applications, decreasing the number and distribution of invasive plant species on managed lands reducingcompetition with native plant species, thus improving wildlife habitat, and aiding in ecosystem restoration.
