The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) is seeking the Professional Services of a Landscape Architect for site and landscape master planning of the contiguous university campus. This master plan will utilize the 2017 Campus Master Plan as a base document and further develop the details and concepts.
In general, the scope of services, as outlined in Section 4, is to develop a Campus Landscape Master Plan.
Landscape architectural firms interested in submitting their qualifications should have demonstrated knowledge, experience, and expertise university campus landscape master plans of this typology. The designers and any required sub-consultants will be responsible for completing programming and developing a comprehensive construction budget and schedule for the entire project.
