The Building Operations, Maintenance, and Repair (BOMR) Branch coordinates the maintenance and repair efforts for CBP’s facilities under its Facility Maintenance and Repair Program. FM&E operates over 222 fully-owned and direct lease operated (DLO) facility locations/campuses across the United States. There are 18 facility locations and 46 buildings in the Southeast Region (Florida and Puerto Rico).
Description of Facility EvCC’s owned facilities consist of a main campus on the east and west side of Broadway, Advanced Manufacturing Training & Education Center, and Aviation. EvCC’s leased facilities include Cosmetology located in Marysville, WA. In addition, there are a handful of ground leases and use agreements in place between the college and partner entities such as Washington State University.
A primary and a backup interface system to send tone remote control functions from the paging terminals to the transmitters located in other parts of VA campuses. A new 250 watt Broadband high-reliability paging transmitter connected to a new exterior antenna to provide excellent paging service to VA campuses in which they are located is proposed. The unit must operate from 100 watts to 300 watts and be capable of voice and digital paging modes.
