These products will be used in a variety of locations across MSU Bozeman and UM Missoula flagship campuses including, but not limited to: campus housing, food service, sports facilities, student unions, academic department and facilities services. The MUS is currently comprised of approximately 34,000 student FTE, and while we anticipate most of our campuses will utilize this tool, we want each campus to have the ability to join if they choose.

The purpose of this RFP is to provide an ITSM tool that allows the University to provide services, support solutions, and collaborate across all campuses in the Nebraska system. The goal of this project is to support best practices by providing the best ITSM solution for the University of Nebraska, by targeting suppliers listed as leaders in this area.
