The area of the new shoring wall is based on a site survey performed by Erik Ohlson & Associates (EOA) in May 2023 using a reflectorless total station. The top of the new shoring as shown on the Drawings is approximately at the slope break at the top of the cutslope where rock is exposed in contact with the surface soil mantle. EOA determined that the area to be shotcreted is 5,210 SF in a horizontal view (2D) and 9,882 SF of surface area (3D).

The pump station also includes 1000 kW generator, electrical building, landscaping, and street end restoration. The Ballard Conveyance portion of the contract includes a below grade diversion structure and approximately 2,000ft of 8.5 ft diameter microtunnel to bring flows to the pump station and storage facility.
