Option B includes dredging shoal material from the Canaveral Harbor T.A.C. STA. 4+84.42 to T.T.B. STA. 15+00 at the 41-foot plus 1-foot allowable overdepth. Option C includes dredging shoal material from the Canaveral Harbor CUT-2 STA. 182+00 to CUT-3 Sta. 215.00 at the 44-foot plus 1-foot allowable overdepth.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project consists of base and option work for dredging beach compatible sand from the Sand Bypass Dredging Area (SBDA) north of the Canaveral Harbor Inlet and transporting the dredged material to a designated beach placement site south of the inlet. The sand material will be transferred under the Canaveral Harbor navigation channel via a pipeline excavation trench.
