This is a new acquisition to support the research molecular characterization goals of the Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI) to improve diagnosis and treatment for childhood and adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancers.
This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to provide source material for a Multi-omics Research Characterization Network (MRCN) to support Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI) studies. The MRCN consists of three components: Genomic Characterization Lab(s), Proteomic Characterization Lab(s), and Metabolomic Characterization Lab(s).Please see the attached RFI Announcement and Attachments 1 and 2 in order to respond.
This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to obtain information to formulate a procurement strategy for a data platform to support the National Childhood Cancer Registry (NCCR), a component of the larger Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI). This RFI should not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Federal Government, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), or the National Cancer Institute (NCI).
Specifically, the increased maximum value will support Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI) related to the Childhood Cancer Survivorship, Treatment, Access, Research (STAR) Act (signed into Public Law No. 115-180 in June 5, 2018).
