Assessment tools for candidate selection and employee development Project Description :The purpose of this ITT is to provide VIA Rail with the screening tool it needs to quickly and efficiently recruit high-quality candidates, which will have a positive impact on engagement and retention.
Additional lighted parking must be available during business hours, weekends and holidays, for approximately 12 employee vehicles and visitors/recruit candidate parking.--Must use the Government Lease.--The military services shall have the right to use space beyond normal working hours and, if required, on Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays.
However, compensation salaries shall be actual per hour salary rates of the employee as supported by Certified Payroll Records while Payroll Burden and Prime and Subconsultants’ overhead shall be supported by an annual overhead audit performed by an independent Certified Public Accountant in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations 48 Code of Federal Regulation 1, Part 31 and applicable MDOT Guidelines.
