As part of a negotiated Settlement Agreement (the "Agreement") between the DSL, the Estate of Robert Jacob (the "Estate") and Cannery Pier Hotel, LLC (the "Hotel"), State Waterway Lease 33408-ML (the "Lease") has been terminated. Pursuant to the Agreement, DSL acquired title to the improvements within the Leasehold Area. The site was previously home to a fish processing facility and is part of Astoria's historic waterfront.

For pickup, the access road to the CDF site is being used by other contractors and coordination may be necessary in order to access the material for loading. The contractor is responsible for labor, material, and equipment for loading, hauling, and unloading material (i.e. excavators, dump trucks, etc.) For delivery, coordination may be required with the receiving entity for offloading at the delivery site.
