This contract is a Design Bid Build for the construction of a Canyon Lake Service Bridge, Canyon Lake Texas. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform the construction, as specified in the Statement of Work and Design Plans that will be attached to the future Request for Proposal (RFP).

The contractor shall perform a site visit in order to assess the service bridge at Canyon Lake Dam along with other U.S. Army Corps of Engineers experts. The Contractor shall also review any submitted Bridge Inspections and available Instrumentation Reports and develop a trip report documenting the observations from the site visit as well as preliminary recommendations for immediate and long term remedial actions.
