The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to provide construction services for Piper Lane and Rental Car Lots Improvement Project. The objective is to have a fully executed Routt County Construction Contract by September 16, 2022, with the project completed by October 28, 2022.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM (MST) on Thursday, April 11th, 2024, and will be publicly opened and read aloud in the offices of MSU University Facilities Management, Plew Building, 6th & Grant, Bozeman, Montana, for: MSU Stadium Lots, PPA No. 22-0012. The purpose of this workshop will be to educate and inform construction managers and contractors (prime and sub) about upcoming capital improvement projects at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Projects that will be discussed include the expansion of Terminal 2, Consolidated Rental Car Facility development, parking lot, roadway system and interchange improvements.

Terminal 5 Landside & Parking Improvements DESCRIPTION OF BID SCOPE OF WORK The project scope of work includes construction of a six (6) level, cast-in-place, post tension parking structure supported by two (2) helical ramps at the ends of the garage for movement between levels. The parking garage will accommodate approximately 1700 vehicles with an additional 700 vehicles in surface parking.

DPS is requesting bids for the Parking Lot Upgrade project at the Hurst District Office. A mandatroy Pre-Bid Site Visit is scheduled on August 08, 2023 at 1:00PM CT.
