PROCESSING AND VALIDATED POINT TO POINT ENCRYPTED SOLUTIONS FOR THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE 1.0 SECTION I: INTRODUCTION 1.1 Objective The State of New Hampshire (State) seeks a Merchant Card Processing Service, Point to Point Encrypted Solution, and, optionally, a Gift Card Services Provider.
The terminals shall be standalone PCI-validated solution for card-present, mail order/telephone order (MOTO) transactions, as well as mobile implementations. The solution must be certified with Fiserv and J.P. Morgan Chase, the State’s current processing banks.
The processing and analysis software tools that are being developed by the section as a part of the project, which are also publicly available, can utilize the entire processing power provided by CUDA-enabled video cards. Therefore, these powerful video cards will be used for data processing & analysis, software development. Additionally, the Section has been developing machine-learning based tools for both MRI data processing and analysis.
