Liability • The Contractor, while spraying, shall at all times exercise extreme care to prevent damage to residential plantings, vegetable or flower gardens, waterways or to any susceptible farm crops or other desirable plants adjacent to the roadside. • The Contractor shall reserve the right to shut off spray at any time he feels the application of spray may cause such damage.
