Notice of Intent to Sole Source: 36C77621Q0001 Implementation of CARES Act 18155- Electronic Lab Reporting for COVID-19 Introduction: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to issue a sole source contract to Associate of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) for electronic lab COVID-19 reporting.
This process permeates the planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting at the agency. After identifying community needs to be addressed, CAP Riverside determines outcomes or results to be achieved, which are changes observed or reported after individuals, families or their community participate in its programs or services. Strategies are then developed to reach those outcomes.
It would provide for timely reimbursement to local election jurisdictions as well as timely federal reporting. It would rely on the Standard Cost discipline used by professionals.”
