For the main police station, the work includes renovation of Building 113 located on Air Cargo Service Road north of the terminal near Pier E. The building is outside of the airport terminal but on airport property and occupies both SIDA and Non-SIDA areas. The total building footprint is approximately 32,500 sq. ft.
