Degraded restroom wall, floor and ceiling finishes will be removed to provide access to concealed plumbing and will be replaced with durable and low maintenance finishes. All horizontal copper plumbing and vertical cast iron stacks will be removed and replaced. Toilet partitions, bathroom and shower accessories and plumbing fixtures will be replaced. Mechanical ventilation systems will be repaired or replaced where required.

Plumbing The existing cast iron waste line will have to be cut close to the ceiling in the exit hallway at the bottom level and a new elbow installed to provide adequate pitch to connect to the existing pipe that crosses the corridor. Issued by: TEAM Inc.

Plumbing vendor to remove and properly dispose of all debris. Work to include all labor and materials for a fully functioning sewer line repair. Any additional linear footage of sewer line replacement work to be done according to unit pricing. Unit Price #1: Provide linear foot pricing to remove 4” cast iron pipe and furnish/install 4” schedule 40 piping. Plumbing vendor to remove and properly dispose of all debris.

It does not include any escalators, wheelchair lifts, or other lifts. b) Plumbing: Domestic water distribution is copper with electric hot water heating. Sanitary waste is cast iron. The plumbing systems are aged and in need of replacement. c) HVAC: Heating is provided by gas fired boiler which supply radiators in all of the common areas.
