Catered meals must be prepared and served In Accordance With (IAW) Performance Work Standards (PWS) included in this RFQ. All vendors submitting a quote shall select a method of meal preparation.

A determination not to compete this procurement was made because only one responsible source available under urgent and compelling need will satisfy agency requirements to provide catered meals for the WAARNG soldiers mobilized for mission support in several locations in Washington State. This award and any extensions to this award are covered under this special notice as this award may be extended as the mission is extended.
