Catering Operation Project Description :West Shore Parks & Recreation (WSPR) seeks interest from a catering firm for the provision of onsite catering services for Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre’s venues and other indoor and outdoor spaces. All submissions must include a proposal for full-scale food service and catering operations for the La Plata Campus. Vendors are encouraged to visit the other CSM campuses on their own and assess any opportunities to provide catering and/or food services. All interested firms must provide proposals as to how they could (or not) provide services to Prince Frederick, Leonardtown, and Regional Hughesville Campuses.
