This requirement provides weapon system management, logistics support, maintenance, overhauls, failure analysis, repair and modification of systems, subsystems and components of the Air Launched Cruise Missile (ALCM) Test Instrumentation Kit (CATIK), telemetry payload test set and portable flight line tester. It maintains a database of failed components, type of failure and maintenance history.

If specific tests of the samples' performance are made by the Government, the offeror will be furnished the results of such tests prior to a contract being entered into. In addition to any other inspection examinations and tests required by the contract, the performance of the end items will be required to be as good as that of the samples submitted.
