Bid must include all equipment necessary, and all labor to deliver and complete this project.Contractor shall provide all necessary services and equipment related to preparing surfaces and adding 4 inches of crushed limestone to CCC loop area road, wetting and roller compacting. Total length of the CCC loop is 1,400ft and will be 18ft wide.
