CDCR reserves the right to increase and/or decrease the number of participating CDCR locations throughout the term of this Agreement. Any decrease in the number of participating locations will be provided in writing from CDCR and shall result in no cost to CDCR.
This is an agreement in which the contractor shall perform bar screen waste collection, removal, and disposal services for CDCR locations.

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) intends to receive bids and award a contract for reaction vessels, filter vessel, chemical injection equipment, backwash recovery equipment, associated pumps, valves, piping and controls, including a 2,200 square foot building to house electronic controls/monitors, equipment, and chemical storage for this process.
