This includes, but is not limited to, demolition work and hazardous material abatement, concrete and asphalt removal within the footprint of the developed site, site raise and surcharge for the developed site, geotechnical mitigation for the developed site, , access to the site and cemetery access road, and parking to support the Columbarium.
Project B , Public Restroom Women s Room & Roof Improvements : is located at the Public Restroom Building at the Annex cemetery track located on the south side of East Chandler Street and on the west side of the cemetery access road.

Provides snow and ice removal at entrance area prior to using the Eastnor Cemetery Mortuary (this is not the road access to the Mortuary, just the steps).Maintains the paper records management system for interments and the Clerk will provide updates for the sale of plots following the completion of the sales transaction. Provides a photo of any new monument installed for cemetery records.
Cemetery locations shall include Palmetto Cemetery (including Palmetto East) and Greenwood Cemetery. All locations within each cemetery shall be included in this project, including access roads, burial spaces (with coping/walls or not), unoccupied space and common areas.
