Expansion – Phase 5 This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of site grading for surface drainage and constructed improvements for Phase 5 of the cemetery development expansion plan (the Deliverables); at the Alto Reste Cemetery located east of Red Deer on Highway 11 and Range Road 270 as set out in this section of the RFP.
This project is called LANC Columbarium Expansion - Phase 1B. For reference, the predecessor project was Phase 1A, which involved renovation and improvements to the historic Bob Hope Veterans Chapel Building. The Phase 1A project also included scope that extends an irrigation line with associated electrical and communications lines to serve the new Columbarium Expansion Phase 1B Project.
Additive bid options will be included in the development of the Phase III Cemetery Expansion.
