The Fort Douglas Post Cemetery has a need for full cemetery operation services which include, but are not limited to grounds maintenance, janitorial, irrigation, burials and headstone setting services. The work shall begin at or about June 1, 2020. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit from only one source in accordance with VAAR 819.7007.
