The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled West Flamingo Senior Center Pool Locker Room: HVAC Upgrade, located at 6255 West Flamingo Road, Las Vegas NV 89103. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Specifications Division 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the replacement of the existing HVAC systems serving the natatorium locker rooms.
All of said work is to be performed in accordance with Plans and Specifications entitled Contract Documents for EL CERRITO SWIM CENTER LOCKER ROOMS / POOL ROOM UPGRADES AND RENOVATIONS, CITY PROJECT NO.
