The proposed plan demolishes the two facilities along Falstaff to provide a sufficiently clear footprint to build a new 4-story Public Health Center building to create a Wake County Social Services and Public Health Campus. It is anticipated that the four-story new Public Health Center will provide all its services in a 151,000 square foot building.
